Certified Raw/Vegan Coach, Chef, Trainer and Nutrition Specialist (Ekaya Institute of Living Food Education)

Single Occupancy: $1600, Double Occupancy, $1200x2 = $2400

Lodging for 7 nights
Meals: breakfast, lunch and dinner (some meals eaten out, included)
Activities (choice of 3): zip line canopy tour, waterfall tour, surf lessons, snorkeling, horseback riding, rafting, etc.
Transportation, door-to-door, from the SJO Airport or San Jose area hotel to Cashew Hill and back
Daily exercise such as: walking on beach, swimming, water aerobics, yoga, mini-trampoline

Your week here will prepare you to embrace the vegan lifestyle. We will shop together for food, cook meals together, eat out together, do role plays on social situations, design a work-out schedule for you, go over nutrition, create a recipe book for you to take home.

You will also have beach time, activity/adventure time and relaxation time.
